Meet The Team

Ian Goody
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

I started the business in 1990 along with my wife, Angela. I oversee the company’s progress and remain involved with compliance matters. I ensure the company retains its family-run ethos, which Angela and I have always strived to achieve.

Angela Goody
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

I have been with the company since its inception, which my husband and I created. As a non-executive director, I remain involved with significant decisions to help steer the company in the right direction.

Tony Castle
MANAGING DIRECTOR

As Managing Director it is my role to lead by example. Although I do advise occasional clients, my main task is to ensure we provide exceptional service and that we work together as a team to find the right solutions for our clients.

Diana Richardson
OFFICE MANAGER

I have been with the company since 1999 and my role is Office Manager. My job is to ensure the back office support team runs efficiently and ensure the sales team work in an efficient manner and to a compliant standard.

Dominic Doggett
MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISER

I have been advising since soon after leaving university with a first class Economics degree in 2014. I am experienced in dealing with a vast range of enquiries including bridging finance, development finance and commercial mortgages as well as of course standard residential and Buy to Let mortgages. I am also fully qualified to advise on equity release and later life lending.

George Ioannou
MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISER

I have been with Premier Financial Group since 2009. Having been a qualified mortgage and Insurance adviser for many years, my main focus nowadays is managing my existing clients.

Richard Skelly
MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISER

I have been a mortgage adviser with PFG since 2013 having relocated from Cambridgeshire. I work predominantly in our new build department assisting the builder ‘Kier Living’ at three of their prestigious sites.

Having worked for Santander as a Mortgage Adviser, I left them to give independent mortgage advice rather than from a single provider. My corporate background has helped me to understand and overcome some of the red tape we often have to go through.

MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISER

I predominantly work in the telesales department giving mortgage and Insurance advice over the phone. I also speak fluent Polish (MOWIE PO POLSKU I POMAGAM W ORGANIZOWANIU KREDYTOW HIPOTECZNYCH) allowing me to communicate fluently with our Polish community.

Since joining PFG in 2014, I’ve progressed from Administrator to Mortgage Adviser. I currently provide remote mortgage advice to clients across the UK

Having joined PFG in 2018, I have since qualified as a mortgage and protection adviser. Passionate about helping clients navigate the complex mortgage landscape, I provide personalised solutions tailored to each individual’s unique situation, whilst ensuring the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I started at PFG as a Technical Administrator and quickly became a qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser. I now work in our face-to-face department, helping first-time buyers achieve their homeownership dreams.

I transitioned from estate agency to mortgages in 2017 when I joined PFG as an Administrator. I quickly gained the qualifications to become a Mortgage Adviser, and I’m now passionate about helping clients in my role at PFG Mortgages

As a qualified Independent Financial Adviser, I have been with Premier Financial Group since 2009, I assist clients with retirement planning and investments. I’m also certified to offer equity release options.

I joined PFG in June 2022 as a Mortgage Advisor. In August 2024, I passed the rigorous exams to become a fully qualified Independent Financial Adviser. My expertise extends to equity release and later life lending.

PROTECTION ADVISER

I joined PFG Mortgages in 2014 and have since progressed to become a Protection Adviser. My role involves helping clients secure appropriate insurance coverage by liaising with various parties. I’m committed to providing tailored solutions that offer peace of mind.

Since joining PFG in 2020, I’ve been using my mortgage administration and advice background to support our advisers and streamline your mortgage experience. I now also offer (GI) home insurance solutions to our clients.

PA TO THE DIRECTORS

I joined PFG in 2018 after working in property administration. My experience includes handling new home sales and liaising with legal professionals.

With over 20 years in mortgages, I joined PFG as a Compliance Officer. My prior experience as an adviser helps me ensure our team stays compliant.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

I joined PFG as an Apprentice in 2015. I have since completed my level 3 accountancy exams. I plan to use this knowledge to great effect as PFG continue to grow in size.

Sophie Jarvis
ADMINISTRATOR

I started working here at PFG in 2012, my current role as Accounts administrator is to assist the accounts department to ensure our records are up to date and everything runs as smoothly as possible.

IT MANAGER

With 17+ years in IT, I’ve been at PFG since 2021. My degree in Business Computing helps me apply technology to enhance our operations, cybersecurity, and client experience.
