I started the business in 1990. In that time I have been an adviser in all departments including Mortgages, Pensions, Investments and Will writing. Although I no longer advise, I oversee the company’s progress and personally handle all compliance matters.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Hi, I have been with the company since my husband Ian and I set it up in 1990. As Finance Director, I control the income and outgoings of the company.
Tony Castle
MANAGING DIRECTOR
As Managing Director it is my role to lead by example. Although I do advise occasional clients, my main task is to ensure we provide exceptional service and that we work together as a team to find the right solutions for our clients.
Diana Richardson
OFFICE MANAGER
I have been with the company since 1999 and my role is Office Manager. My job is to ensure the back office support team runs efficiently and ensure the sales team work in an efficient manner and to a compliant standard.
Dominic Doggett
MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISER
I have been advising since soon after leaving university with a first class Economics degree in 2014. I am experienced in dealing with a vast range of enquiries including bridging finance, development finance and commercial mortgages as well as of course standard residential and Buy to Let mortgages. I am also fully qualified to advise on equity release and later life lending.
George Ioannou

I have been with Premier Financial Group since 2009. Having been a qualified mortgage and Insurance adviser for many years, my main focus nowadays is managing my existing clients.
Richard Skelly

I have been a mortgage adviser with PFG since 2013 having relocated from Cambridgeshire. I work predominantly in our new build department assisting the builder ‘Kier Living’ at three of their prestigious sites.

Having worked for Santander as a Mortgage Adviser, I left them to give independent mortgage advice rather than from a single provider. My corporate background has helped me to understand and overcome some of the red tape we often have to go through.

I predominantly work in the telesales department giving mortgage and Insurance advice over the phone. I also speak fluent Polish (MOWIE PO POLSKU I POMAGAM W ORGANIZOWANIU KREDYTOW HIPOTECZNYCH) allowing me to communicate fluently with our Polish community.

I originally joined PFG as an Administrator in 2014 and within 2 years gained the qualifications to become a Mortgage Adviser. I currently work in the telesales team advising clients all around the UK.
Jonny Craven

I joined PFG in January 2018 as a mortgage administrator and since promoted to Broker Support, I assist the advisers with preparation and research work including investigating where to place cases under the guidance of the advisers.
Stacey Curson

I joined PFG as an Technical Administrator and quickly passed my exams to now be able to advise on mortgages and protection. I work in the face to face department and get a lot of satisfaction from helping first time buyers onto the property ladder.

Originally coming from an estate agency background and finding a great interest in mortgages, I joined PFG as an Administrator in 2017, I soon gained the knowledge to pass my mortgage exams and now successfully advise in the PFG mortgage & protection team, which I thoroughly enjoy!

I joined PFG in February 2022. Having previously worked for Santander providing mortgage and protection advice to clients both locally and nationally for over 20 years. I am excited at the opportunity of now having access to the whole of the market as an Independent Mortgage Adviser and the ability to match more solutions to my client’s needs.

Having been with Premier since 2009, my job is to service the pension and investment needs of clients new and old. I am also fully qualified to give Equity release advice.

I joined PFG in June 2022 as a Mortgage Advisor. In August 2024, I passed the rigorous exams to become a fully qualified Independent Financial Adviser. My expertise extends to equity release and later life lending.

I joined PFG in 2014 after leaving school and after general office clerical duties, I was promoted to Insurance administrator. My role now involves liaising with advisers, clients, insurance providers as well as Doctors’ surgeries to help applications get accepted.

I joined PFG in February 2022 having previously worked as a Mortgage Advisor and in Estate Agency for a number of years. My role now is to assist with customer service for our clients, sales progression, research and preparation of mortgage applications.

I joined PFG in April 2018 after 4 years as the administrator of the New Homes team within an established property consultancy firm in Norwich. I have experience in the buying and selling process of property, liaising with solicitors and other related parties.

Having worked in mortgages since 2004, I joined PFG as compliance Officer. My previous experience as a mortgage adviser allows me to fully understand the requirements of compliant advice and to ensure our advisers are kept up to date with changes.

I joined PFG as an Apprentice in 2015. I have since completed my level 3 accountancy exams. I plan to use this knowledge to great effect as PFG continue to grow in size.

I started working here at PFG in 2012, my current role as Accounts administrator is to assist the accounts department to ensure our records are up to date and everything runs as smoothly as possible.
